The Queen

Tony Blair is an utter tw*t. Nothing new there then. Look at this story here:

Former prime minister Tony Blair was left red-faced when he was caught travelling on a train without a ticket and said he had no cash to pay the fare, a report said on Wednesday.
So far so ordinary for a man who obviously has absolutely no idea what life is actually like, but then you read this:
his bodyguard offered to pay the ticket, but the inspector said he could travel for free.
Who is this guy letting Tony Blair off his ticket? In fact, as he had no money to pay for the ticket, he's commiting an offense, and so further action should have been taken.
Next time I'm without a ticket on a train I'm going to have to cite the Tony Blair rule and get me some of that free travel.

What Cats can do...

Saw this video on Gawker. It's pretty amazing.

Officially Rubbish

I think I posted about this at the time (and yes I'm to lazy to look for/link to it), but ofcom has ruled on a Catherine Tate sketch in which she made ridiculous stereotypes about the Northern Irish:

"Overall this episode was typical of The Catherine Tate Show and would not have gone beyond the expectations of its usual audience," the Ofcom ruling said.

Ofcom understatement: typically rubbish, obviously.
